Our shipment days are Monday-Friday. All our products are sent First Class Delivery and should arrive within 2 working days (normally next day delivery, 2 is latest). If you have purchased a personalised product, please allow up to 4 full working days before shipment on the 5th working day (although we will endeavor to be as efficient as possible).
International orders (Europe) are sent via Parcelforce and this is a tracked/signed for service.
Worldwide orders to the USA, Australia and Canada are available upon checkout. For all other International destinations outside of Europe, please email us to enquire/order.
Terms & conditions:
You have 14 days from receiving your order to state that there is a fault with your item. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can either exchange the product for you or we can refund the total amount of the transaction after receiving the faulty item as proof. No items will be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance until we have received the faulty item. Unwanted items must be returned with all packaging complete. If the returned item is not in re-sellable condition, it will not be accepted for exchange unless faulty.
Buying the wrong size of an item does not qualify you for a refund. You can however exchange your item for a different size (subject to availability), unless your item has been personalised. If you intend to claim an exchange or refund, please send back the item(s) to the address provided above. Please note that personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please check over your order before paying - We will deem it correct once payment has been made and the order has been placed.
Please note - For the Exposure V.1 model to qualify for a refund / exchange, the protective film on the palm must still be fully intact on both gloves.
